CASE STUDY 01 / COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
Friends of
Phatthalung.
A community-first website combining local culture, travel, food, storytelling, and interactive experiences.
INDEPENDENT PROJECT · DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
better together.
01 / THE IDEA
Build a place that feels
like the people in it.
This started as a way to collect the places, food, jokes, everyday adventures, and shared memories that make Phatthalung feel like home.
The design needed warmth and personality without becoming chaotic. It uses local photography, an earthy palette, editorial type, and small interactive surprises to invite exploration.

02 / INTERACTIVE FEATURES
Play belongs
in the experience.
The site goes beyond a photo gallery. A starter-pack reveal, an adventure picker, and a custom mini game give visitors more ways to participate—and make the project memorable without getting in the way.

03 / MOBILE EXPERIENCE
Made for the
phone in your hand.
Long pages, photo galleries, navigation, video, and game controls were designed to remain comfortable on smaller screens. The project prioritizes readable pacing, large touch targets, sensible image crops, and quick ways to jump through the story.
04 / WHAT WAS BUILT
React · responsive CSS · accessible interactions · optimized media · lightweight custom JavaScript
